About Us
The Association of Bodybuilding and Physique Sports (ABPS) was officially registered with the Registry of Societies (ROS) on 7 January 2020. While young in name, our roots trace back to the Singapore Bodybuilding and Fitness Federation (founded in 1962), an era that produced some of Asia’s most celebrated athletes. Today, ABPS builds on this legacy to unite athletes, coaches, and supporters in growing the sport for future generations.
